New Rainbows

With the school year coming to a close and with the conclusion of my participation in Leadership Palo Alto, I am now more confident than ever, that everyone who has a dream or might be inspired to try something big should jump in, take that leap of faith and believe they can make a difference.  Really.  I know it never seems that simple and the first step can be the scariest - but I'm proof that with a fresh idea - good things can happen.
I'd like to reflect that I feel really fortunate to have been part of the Leadership Palo Alto 'crew' this time around.  I've grown both on a personal and professional level. The work we've done collectively has helped define and align some of my perspectives, my values and beliefs.  And I'm bringing those with me to share with our Racing Hearts team.  Everyday I'm trying to live my most authentic life with an increased inner voice. More and more I'm challenging myself to be compassionate and honest all while stepping outside of my comfort zone - knowing that there's huge rewards and feel-good moments and lots of amazing rainbows when I do.
